Small Games of Chance Seminar to be Held on May 3, Kaufer Says

HARRISBURG – Rep. Aaron Kaufer (R-Luzerne) announced this week that he will host a Small Games of Chance Seminar on Wednesday, May 3, from 6-9 p.m., at the Wyoming Hose Company, 70 E. 3rd St., in Wyoming.

Enforcement Officer Todd Merlina from the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement’s Compliance, Auditing and Gambling Enforcement Unit will update attendees on the state Liquor Code and how small games of chance regulations are enforced by his bureau. This primarily affects organizers of church, sports and private groups and clubs with liquor licenses that conduct small games of chance.
