LUZERNE – The Concealed Carry Seminar, set for Thursday, Oct. 12, from 6-8 p.m. at the Luzerne Volunteer Fire Department,
66 Tener St., Luzerne, has reached capacity. The seminar was organized by Reps. Karen Boback (R-Lackawanna/Luzerne/Wyoming), Aaron Kaufer (R-Luzerne) and Tarah Toohil (R-Luzerne).
The seminar will feature District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis and Sheriff Brian Szumski. They will discuss how recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions affect the Second Amendment rights of citizens. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

An additional seminar will be scheduled if there is sufficient interest.
