WHAT: House Majority Policy Committee Chairman Kerry Benninghoff (R-Centre/Mifflin) and Rep. Aaron Kaufer (R-Luzerne) are hosting a hearing on welfare reform efforts in the Commonwealth, including qualification and access to programs, as well tackling waste, fraud and abuse.
