LUZERNE – Rep. Aaron Kaufer (R-Luzerne) is hosting a free Business Finance and Incentives Program event at the Friedman Jewish Community Center,
613 S J Strauss Lane, Kingston, on Thursday, June 6, beginning at 8 a.m. with networking, followed by presentations, and a question-and-answer period.
Kaufer is working alongside the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance, the Northeastern Pennsylvania Industrial Resource Center, Wilkes University Small Business Development Center and the Wilkes-Barre Connect to put on this educational program.
“I am excited to be partnering with local organizations to help better inform local business owners, or aspiring business owners, of the endless opportunities to grow their establishments,” said Kaufer. “I highly encourage area business owners to attend as experts will be present to speak with them and offer their professional insights.”
Attendees will also learn about various economic development agencies and the services they provide. The two-hour program will include a panel discussion with local experts, a question-and-answer session and time for networking and one-on-one consultation for confidential inquiries.
